1. Purpose of Services
Magna Cyber Coaching provides avocational coaching, personal enrichment, and educational content in the areas of IT and cybersecurity.
- Our Services are not designed or intended to qualify participants for employment.
- Our Services are for personal development, enrichment, and enjoyment only.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enroll.
- By using our Services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Refund Policy
- Some Services require a paid subscription.
- Trial offers (such as a $1 trial) automatically renew at the regular subscription rate unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Refunds are only available during the 7-day trial period. After the trial ends, all payments are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.
4. Coaching and Content
- Coaching sessions may include live video, group coaching, recorded lessons, written guides, and online community access.
- Content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional or career certification training.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, skill level, or results.
5. Community and Social Features
Our platform includes community features that allow you to post text, images, videos, and other content. By using these features, you agree to the following:
- Public Content: Anything you post may be visible to other users and may be publicly accessible. You should not post content you wish to keep private.
- Prohibited Conduct: You may not use the platform to:
- Harass, bully, or intimidate others.
- Post, share, or encourage illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertisements.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your posts, but by submitting content you grant Magna Cyber Coaching a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within our platform.
- Moderation: We reserve the right to remove, edit, or restrict any content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
- All Magna Cyber Coaching content, logos, and resources remain our property.
- You may not copy, distribute, or resell our materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
